<br /> / <br /> offense for each and every day, or portion thereof. during which any <br /> violation of any of the provisions of this code is committed, <br /> continued or permitted, and upon conviction of such violation, such <br /> person, firm or corporation shall be punishable as set forth in <br /> Section 1.28.010 of this Code. <br /> Section 5 . The following subsection is hereby added to <br /> Section l5.32.020 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 15.32.020 CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS - MINIMUM. All solid <br /> wood fences must be constructed to meet the following minimum <br /> standards: <br /> A. All solid wood fences four feet to six feet in height <br /> shall have one four by four wood post, or equivalent, every thirty <br /> square feet of fence area. <br /> B. For fences four feet to five feet in height, two <br /> horizontal stiffeners are required. The lower stiffeners shall be <br /> within twelve inches to ground level and the upper stiffeners shall <br /> be twelve inches to the top of the posts. <br /> C. For fences five feet to six feet in height, three <br /> horizontal stiffeners shall be required, equally spaced from ground <br /> level to the top of the fence. <br /> D. All posts for fences of four feet to six feet in height <br /> shall be set in concrete at a depth of not less than one and one-half <br /> feet into the ground. Diameter of the concrete required under this <br /> section shall not be less than eight inches. <br /> E. All fences constructed under this standard must be kept <br /> in good repair. <br /> INTRODUCED.
