Call to Order - Mayor Charles Sisk called the meeting to order at 5:50 p.m. <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Mayor Charles Sisk, Mayor Pro Tem Don Brown (6:15 <br />pm), Council members: Sheri Marsella, Ron Sackett, <br />Dave Clabots, Bob Muckle, and Frost Yarnell <br /> <br />County Commissioners: <br />Will Toor <br />Ben Perlman <br />Tom Mayer <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br />Louisville: Bill Simmons, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Assistant City Manager for <br />Governmental Relations <br />Belinda Dogan-Pishner, Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />County: Dickie Lee Hullinghorst <br />Chris Mendez <br />Barb Halpin <br /> <br />Urban Renewal/Tax Increment Financing <br />Mayor Sisk provided a brief history of the TIF (Tax Increment Financing) <br />Intergovernmental Agreement.
