Call to Order <br />David called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. <br />2. Roll Call <br />OSAB Members Present: Laura Scott Denton, Charles Danforth, Susan McEachern, <br />Helen Moshak, Jojo Follmar, Michiko Christiansen, Jessamine Fitzpatrick, David <br />Blankinship <br />OSAB Board Members Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull, Adam Blackmore, City Manager Jeff Durbin <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Susan moved to approve the agenda as written. Jessamine seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />4. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes <br />Laura moved to approve the November OSAB meeting minutes without edits. Susan <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously with Jessamine abstaining. <br />5. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Cathern Smith, a city resident, wanted to express how excited she was that ballot <br />measure 2C passed and how its passage opens new possibilities for Open Space. She <br />felt that Open Space leads to an improved quality of life for residents and wildlife. She <br />wants to see more acquisition and habitat restoration projects and feels like these have <br />good backing from citizens. She particularly recognized Jojo and Helen as hardworking <br />board members and encouraged the board to look at Open Space issues with fresh <br />eyes. <br />6. Information Item: Staff Updates, Presented by Ember Brignull, Open Space <br />Superintendent and Adam Blackmore, Director of Parks, Recreation, and <br />Open Space <br />See Staff Updates on pages 8-9 of the December OSAB Meeting packet.
