Group swing/sway feature will also be included. <br />Construction to occupy Summer through to Fall. <br />Comments from PPLAB member: <br />Hecla Lake looks sad, with not a lot of water. Staff replied that is due <br />to winter drawdown of this irrigation storage pond, which will refill in <br />spring, restoring the local habitat for birds and sunflowers. There <br />may be a possibility for some reclamation and habitat improvement <br />at Hecla Lake. <br />VIII.
