Kitzman - The hope is to preserve some of the existing trees. <br />Q. So there will only be parking on one side of the entirety of Johnson Street? <br />A. Only for the new portion. <br />Q. How would you address the parking issue within the cull -de -sac? <br />A. Kreutzman - As I stated this is a new issued for me and I am unable to answer that at this <br />time. I do feel that there is room to park within the cull -de -sac. <br />Commission VanNostrand: <br />Q. Where will the sidewalks be located? <br />A. They will be continuous on both sides of the street around the cull -de -sac. <br />Q. Could we get larger trees indicated on the plans? <br />A. Yes. <br />Commission Boulet: <br />Q. Is the sidewalk attached to the curb? <br />A. Yes. <br />Q. What was the reason for the restriction of allowing building height of 32 feet only with a <br />roof pitch of 8:12 or greater? <br />A. Johnstone - That is consistent with the intent of the application and the Old Town area. <br />Q. Is that acceptable to the applicant? <br />Q.
