• • • I am in favor of restricting parking within the cull -de -sac. I would be in favor of the RL zoning height of 35 feet for lot 7. Commission Lipton Q. Were there any conditions on the preliminary PUD that were not addressed on the final? A. Johnstone - No. I would agree with the height on lot 7. Staff Recommendation and Summary: Staff recommends approval with conditions as noted. Applicant Summary: Dave Kreutzman - I am in agreement on all the items except number 4. I would lice to have crossed out the "building height be regulated to the above height restriction. I would like to have that attached to the RL zoning. I would hice to further research the parking issue within the cull - de -sac. Public hearing closed - Commission comments: Commissioner Boulet: I agree that condition 4 should be stricken. I do not see any reason to have an additional height restriction on lot 7. Commissioner VanNostrand: I would agree to removing the height restriction on condition 4. On condition 9 perhaps we should say that a note should be added to the PUD stating that the parking shall be restricted in the cull -de -sac and on the south side of the street. Commission Lipton: Perhaps a note on the PUD that the parking shall be restricted as determined by the City at a later date. Motion made to approve Resolution # 15, series 1996, with the conditions provided by staff with the following changes: Condition 4 should read "Development standard 7 be clarified to read "lot 7 will be exempted from the above and any redevelopment shall to conform to the RL zoning development standards". Condition 9 changed to read "a note be added to the PUD stating that parking may be restricted in the cull -de -sac and on the street at the discretion of the City". Motion second. Motion to amended adding wording "correct the street name on sheet 2 to reflect the name as Johnson Street. Amendment seconded. 6
