Priority shall be placed on the role of the Town Center as the
neighborhood commercial, entertainment, and pedestrian center of the Town.
Development opportunities shall be identified through the application of the town's
vision to capture the unique attributes of the site and to promote pedestrian /bicycle
accessibility. Opportunities for specialty shopping, restaurants, professional offices,
residential opportunities, and civic uses should be maximized. Emphasis shall be placed
on the visual quality of the development including but not limited to architectural
detailing, landscaping, shared/structured parking, signage, night lighting and the
integration of Coal Creek.
TOWN OF SUPERIOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 9/10/01
32
