Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 8, 2010 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br /> <br />Regular Business – Continuance Request <br /> <br />1301 Empire Rd – Louisville Storage Center – A final planned unit <br /> <br />development (PUD) to construct a self storage and mobile storage facility. <br />The project will include approximately 300 self storage units ranging in <br />size from 5’x5’ to 10’x30’. The mobile storage units (similar to PODS, Pack <br />Rat, etc.) consist of 8’ tall containers that are 7½’ wide and 8’, 12’ or 16’ <br />long.
