The election would be held on November 2, 2010. <br /> MOTION: Councilor Yarnell moved to approve Resolution No. 41, Series 2010, <br /> seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Marsella. All were in favor. <br /> TAKODA SUBDIVISION REVISIONS TO THE GENERAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 42, SERIES 2010 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br /> SUBDIVISION REPLAT OF (BLOCKS 4 (PORTION), 5 (PORTION), 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, <br /> 15, AND 16 OF THE TAKODA SUBDIVISION AND A REVISION TO THE FINAL PUD <br /> DIEVELOPMENT FOR TAKODA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1576 SERIES 2010 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN <br /> AMENDMENT TO A PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE DISTRICT (PCZD) GENERAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS TAKODA -1 Reading <br /> Set Public Hearing 8/03/10 <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation on both agenda items; Resolution No. 42, <br /> Series 2010 and Ordinance No. 1576, Series 2010. <br /> City Attorney Light outlined the two agenda items: A request for an amendment to a <br /> General Development Plan; an amendment to a Final Development Plan and an <br /> amendment to a Final Subdivision Plat. Members of the public may comment on any <br /> amendment item as one combined hearing. This matter was advertised as a public <br /> hearing. He recommended the public hearing be opened and the City Council receive <br /> and consider public comment on the agenda items. The public hearing will be continued <br /> to second reading of Ordinance No. 1576, Series 2010 on August 3, 2010. <br /> City Attorney Light requested the Council by motion formally include in the record of the <br /> hearing, the following documents: All application materials submitted by the applicant in <br /> conjunction with the replat, the PUD Amendment, and the GDP Amendment; all <br /> materials included in the City Council packet, which consists of the City Council Staff <br /> Communication and all the attachments; the public hearing notices and proof of <br /> publication for the hearing; all written referral and public comments received regarding <br /> the application; the City's Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances set forth in Title 16 and <br /> 17 and the citywide 2005 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved all the documents as outlined by the City Attorney be <br /> entered into the record, seconded by Councilor Dalton. All were in favor. <br />
