Award Bid for Banking Services to First National Bank and Execute <br /> Agreement <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy, Louisville, CO, continued his filibuster, which he began on <br /> April 6, 2010. The filibuster addressed his perception of the City's policy to protect large <br /> corporate interests operating in Louisville. He referred to Ordinance No. 1489, Series <br /> 2006, which places standards of operation and compliance on both the cable company <br /> operating in Louisville and also on the City itself. He felt the City failed to inform <br /> Louisville residents about the Cable Bill of Rights. He asked residents to ask their <br /> council representative why they are not protecting their interests. <br /> Councilor Muckle arrived at the meeting at 7:02 p.m. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> None. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming reported on the following items: <br /> The Denver Metro Econornic Development Conference will be held at the Denver <br /> Convention Center on Fridayā€˛ August 27, 2010. Council members who wish to <br /> attend this conference may RSVP to Economic Development Director Bonnie <br /> Star by August 20, 2010. <br /> City Council received an email from Mr. Paul Rosen referencing a neighborhood <br /> dog issue, which resulted in a summons to appear in court being issued by the <br />
