Roll call vote was taken. The motion carried by a vote <br /> of 6 -0. Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Marsella. <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1576, SERIES 2010 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN <br /> AMENDMENT TO A PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE DISTRICT (PCZD) GENERAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS TAKODA 2 Reading <br /> MOTION: Councilor Muckle moved to approve Ordinance No. 1576, Series 2010 on <br /> final reading, seconded by Councilor Yarnell. Roll call vote was taken. The motion <br /> carried by a vote of 6 -0. Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Marsella. <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1577, SERIES 2010 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br /> 17.12.060 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE THE LIMITATION <br /> ON MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA IN THE WESTERLY PORTION OF DOWNTOWN <br /> LOUISVILLE AND AMENDING SECTION 17.20.025 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE TO REIDUCE THE REQUIRED PARKING RATIO AND ADOPT <br /> SPECIFIC RESIDENTIAL PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR DOWNTOWN <br /> LOUISVILLE 2nd Reading Public Hearing <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1577, Series 2010. <br /> Mayor Sisk noted the receipt of an email from Erik Hartronft, who voiced the Downtown <br /> Business Association's (DBA) support for Ordinance No. 1577, Series 2010. <br /> Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested a Staff presentation. <br /> City Planner McMillan outlined the Staff presentation would be on Downtown Parking <br /> and Floor Area Ratio as follovvs: 1) Reducing the downtown parking requirement from 1 <br /> space per 400 square feet of development to 1 space per 500 SF of development for all <br /> uses except for residential and adopting specific residential parking requirements for the <br />
