Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Marsella. <br /> TAKODA SUBDIVISION REVISIONS TO THE GENERAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> RESOLUTION No. 42, SERIES 2010 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br /> SUBDIVISION REPLAT OF E3LOCKS 4 (PORTION), 5 (PORTION), 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, <br /> 15, AND 16 OF THE TAKODA SUBDIVISION AND A REVISION TO THE FINAL PUD <br /> DEVELOPMENT FOR TAKODA <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1576, SERIES 2010 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN <br /> AMENDMENT TO A PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE DISTRICT (PCZD) GENERAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS TAKODA 2nd Reading <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1576, Series 2010. He noted members of the <br /> public may comment on either agenda item as part of the combined public hearing. <br /> Mayor Sisk reopened the public hearing and included the Staff presentation and public <br /> comments from the July 20, 2010 public hearing. <br /> Principal Planner McCartney explained the applicant, RMCS, LLC submitted revised <br /> final documents to the approved Takoda Village General Development Plan, Final <br /> Subdivision Plat and Final Planned Unit Development Plan to allow for the density <br /> transfer of 20 residential units from Planning Areas 2 and 3, to Planning Area 4. The <br /> General Development Plan amendment on Planning Area 2 changes from multi family <br /> units to single family units. There are no changes to the density. The request is for <br /> authorization to revise the approved GDP, Final Plat and Final PUD to allow for a <br /> change in housing types, modification to the Plat and a density transfer. Staff <br /> recommended Council approval without conditions. <br /> APPLICANT PRESENTATION <br /> Rick Brew, Takoda Properties, 726 Front Street, Louisville, CO thanked the Council for <br /> considering their request and asked for an affirmative vote on their applications. <br />
