Approval of Resolution No. 45, Series 2010 A Resolution Approving an <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement with the Boulder County Clerk and <br /> Recorder for the Conduct and Administration of the 2010 General <br /> Election to be held November 2, 2010 <br /> Inadvertently, no action was taken on the consent agenda. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy, Louisville, CO, continued his filibuster, which he began on <br /> April 6, 2010. The filibuster addressed his perception of the City's policy to protect large <br /> corporate interests operating in Louisville. He referred to the Cable Customer Service <br /> Standards Ordinance, which places standards of operation and compliance on both the <br /> cable company and the City itself. The standards cover various aspects of cable <br /> company operations including tirne limits for installation and repair operations; written <br /> notification and handling complaints. He asked residents to talk to their council <br /> representative about the Cable Bill of Rights. <br /> Councilor Muckle arrived at the rneeting at 7:04 p.m. Councilor Dalton arrived at the <br /> meeting at 7:06 p.m. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Councilor Muckle explained at his request, Mr. Sobel sent him a suggested notification <br /> strategy, which he will share with the City Staff. Mayor Sisk noted members of the <br /> public can easily access the ordinance adopting the Cable Company Franchise, the <br /> Franchise Agreement and the Customer Service Standards on the City's Web Page. Mr. <br /> Sobel argued the City does not advertise those documents are available to the <br /> residents and therefore, no one knows they are there. He suggested putting something <br /> on the homepage and in the City newsletter. <br /> Mayor Sisk noted the Annual Fall Festival and Labor Day Parade will be celebrated over <br /> Labor Day weekend. He voiced his appreciation to the following major sponsors of the <br /> festivities: Avista Adventist Hospital; GHX; Etkin Johnson; Precision Plumbing; Boulder <br /> Valley Credit Union; State Farm Insurance, Wendy J. Fickbohm, Agent; David A. Wertz, <br /> DDS; Great Western Bank, Alem; Mountain High Appliance and Comerstone <br /> Orthopaedics. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming reported on the following items: <br />
