Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 16, 2010 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />Call to Order <br /> – Chairperson Mike Koertje called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. <br />Roll Call <br />: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Mike Koertje, Peter Stewart, Heather Lewis, Steve Poppitz, Laurel <br />Tofte, Steven Williams and Melanie Julian Muckle (arrived at 7:04) <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />None <br />City Representatives: <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Troy Russ, Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Lewis moved to approve the agenda, Stewart seconded the motion. It was <br />unanimously approved. <br />Approval of Minutes July 19, 2010 <br />Stewart moved to approve the minutes, with minor changes, Lewis seconded the <br />motion. It was unanimously approved. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />No items were heard. <br />Public Hearing – Landmark Application – 816 McKinley <br />Koertje opened public hearing. <br />McCartney presented the staff report and PowerPoint presentation.
