<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />JUNE 22 2006 <br />Page 3 of 6 <br /> <br />1. Eliminate the square footage of public facilities from inclusion in the <br />maximum floor area calculation for the westerly portion of downtown <br />Louisville. <br />. The Design Handbook and Framework Plan will require no amendments. <br />. Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 28, Series 2006. <br /> <br />Commission Questions of Staff: <br />Hartman inquired about night time lighting restrictions. <br /> <br />Wood explained there are no specific ordinances restricting night time lighting. He continued to <br />explain that a photometric lighting plan is reviewed for all projects as a part of the requirements <br />in the Design Handbook. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: None. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed / Commission Comments: <br />Pritchard closed the public hearing and requested Commission discussion. <br /> <br />Hartman and Dalton stated that they support the changes as presented by Staff. <br /> <br />Pritchard inquired if the Commission would prefer to have the entire Commission present before <br />taking final action. <br /> <br />Sheets stated that the staff has addressed the concerns of the Commission and she supports <br />moving forward. <br /> <br />Dalton stated that he also supports moving forward based on discussions at previous meetings <br />when all the Commissioners were present. <br /> <br />McA vinew stated that he supports moving forward. <br /> <br />Dalton moved and Sheets seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 28, Series 2006 as <br />reviewed by staff with the two changes to Section 17.12.040 and the one change to Section <br />17.12.060 of the LMC. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> <br />Name Vote <br />Jeff Lipton Ex <br />Chris Pritchard Yes <br />Susan S.
