APPROVED 08/10/2006 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes July 13, 2006 City Hall, Council Chambers 749 Main Street 6:30 PM Call to Order - Lipton called the meeting to order at 6:35PM. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: Commission Members Present: Jeff Lipton, Chair Chris Pritchard, Vice-chair Susan Loo, Secretary Gail Hartman Michael Deborski Monica Sheets Tom McA vinew Hank Dalton Commission Members Absent: Staff Members Present: Paul Wood, Planning Director Sean McCartney, Principal Planner Jolene Schwertfeger, Administrative Assistant Approval of Agenda - Lipton requested to amend the agenda by moving the approval of the minutes to after the public hearings. Pritchard moved and Loo seconded a motion to approve the agenda with the requested change. Motion passed by voice vote. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda - None heard. Regular Business - Item Recommended for Continuance - Staff is recommending continuance to the July 20, 2006 overflow meeting, based on the number of cases to be heard during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing. ~ Resolution No. 11, Series 2006, Sign Code Amendment; An ordinance amending the City's commercial office and retail sign regulations, as contained in Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code and the City's Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG) (Continued from February 9,2006, March 16, 2006, April 13, 2006, April 20, 2006 and May 25,2006.) .
