Sec. 15.04.150. Design Handbook and Sign Manual for Downtown <br /> Louisville to apply. <br /> Any addition, remodeling, relocation, construction, or other improvement <br /> within Downtown Louisville and requiring a building permit, sign permit, or <br /> any other permit from the City shall comply with all requirements of Design <br /> Handbook for Downtown Louisville, as adopted and amended from time to <br /> time. Any sign proposed for construction or placement in Downtown <br /> Louisville shall be regulated solely by and comply with the Downtown <br /> Louisville Sign Manual, as adopted and amended from time to time. <br /> Section 3. Section 17.16.280 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout; words to be <br /> added are underlined): <br /> Sec. 17.16.280. Any request for an increase in the maximum allowable <br /> height, area, or number of signs permitted by this chapter must follow the <br /> procedures set forth in this title for approval of a final planned unit <br /> development (PUD), where the applicant seeks approval from the <br /> planning commission and city council. The following review criteria will be <br /> used as the basis of the evaluation of such request: <br /> approved by the planning commiscion of the city through the same <br /> 1. The proposed sign(s) shall be consistent and compatible <br /> with the color, materials, design of the on -site building(s). <br /> 2.
