The agenda <br />was posted on the City's web site and at City Hall, the Louisville Public Library, the Recreation <br />Center and the Courts and Police Department Building on July 14,2006. <br /> <br />Conflict ofInterest and Disclosure: None heard. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Wood noted the letters from Randy Luallin, property owner of Lot 2 in the Clementine <br />Subdivision, that were entered into public record at a previous meeting. <br /> <br />He also noted that the Resolution should use the word "Final" instead of "Preliminary". <br /> <br />Wood provided the following summary: <br />. The applicant is requesting authorization of a final subdivision replat of Lot 1 of the <br />Clementine Subdivision to create three lots out of the one 2.98 acre lot. <br />. Clementine Subdivision was originally platted in 1987, platting a total of 4.03 acres, <br />under single ownership, into two lots. <br />. A brief summary of the original Subdivision Agreement was discussed. <br />. The discussion for the meeting is for the Subdivision Replat of Lot 1 only. It does not <br />include Lot 2, which is owned by another party. <br /> <br />Wood stated that staff is recommending approval of a final subdivision plat for the Clementine <br />Subdivision Filing NO.2. He reviewed each of the points of the condition as listed below. <br />1) The Subdivider shall execute a new subdivision agreement for the Clementine <br />Subdivision Filing NO.2 as successor to the terms and conditions of the original <br />
