Loeblich moved and Weise seconded a motion to accept the <br />Public Notice Verification information as presented by Staff. Motion passed by voice vote. <br /> <br />Stat! Presentation of Facts and Issues: <br />Johnstone presented a letter from Rodney Easton; 409 - 415 Roosevelt Ave stated that he does <br />not support the requested variance.
