Coverage — The project shall maximize the number of City residents to be
instantaneously alerted to an in- progress or anticipated emergency, in the most
cost effective manner.
o Percent of City area served by a theoretical 70dB.
o Percent of residentially zoned land served by a theoretical 70dB.
2. Exposure — The project shall minimize the exposure of City residents to potential
health hazards related to the notification system and noise levels in excess of
123dB.
o Number of homes within 200' and exposed to a theoretical 123dB, or higher.
3. Availability — The project shall locate facilities on properties owned by the City of
Louisville with minimal impacts to existing utilities.
o Is the site owned by the City? (Y /N)
o Does the Site have utility conflicts? (Y /N)
4. Access - The project shall locate facilities on sites that are accessible for
construction and on -going maintenance without additional infrastructure
4
