Motion to move monarch mine memorial to be qualified and <br />disqualify John Aaron's Modern, Sunrise Foothills and Louisville <br />Launch since they did not submit a complete budget. <br />B. Scoring Sheets - JR discussed Scoring Sheets and Process. <br />1. Ability to execute- Have done it in the past and they do it <br />successfully. <br />2. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion- Accessibility, age group, LGBTQ, <br />demographics and how it meets this criteria <br />3. Impact on funding - Will the project fully utilize and make a big <br />impact. <br />4. Artistic Excellence- High Artistic quality for the community <br />5. Community Reach- Is this going to a large section of the <br />community. <br />6. Overall Rating- Use your common sense. <br />7. Artistic Discipline- If we are doing to much for one side. We need to <br />be fair across all disciplines. <br />XI. Discussion/Action Item - 2024 Arts Advisory Board Work Plan (Board) <br />A. JR said we already discussed it with Rob earlier in the meeting. JR will be <br />attending City Council meeting next Tuesday. JR showed the Work Plan <br />that he will be presenting to the City Council. Attraction of new business, <br />concerts in Cottonwood bpark, Mural at Steinbaug. Summer concerts - <br />Acoustic act ($100 for 20 minutes). Individuals or duos are preferred. <br />1. MDfriedman.com <br />B. Discussion Item on Pet Memorial- Donation from Louisville Rising. A <br />retired fire fighter made an art sculpture of pets who were lost in the fire. <br />Colin with "Louisville Rising" spoke about this project. Board will vote if it <br />should go to public notice and will go through public comment for us to <br />review by next month/April 5th. <br />C. Discussion Item on "Pollinator Mural"- Street Mural for $8000. Will need <br />the square footage to get bids from artists. <br />D. Steinbaugh Pavilion Mural <br />• Needs to be done by August/September. Needs to have beauty <br />and unique character of the city, the color needs to be a certain <br />color. Send thoughts to Sharon. <br />
