Like the Homeownership Policies and Procedures (described above), one of the first tasks to <br />launch the rental Program will be to modify current written materials (e.g., policies, procedures, <br />marketing, website, etc.) from a City of Boulder focus to a regional approach. Rental units <br />entering the Program from other jurisdictions will be administered to the benefit of that <br />jurisdiction's work force and residents per the modified Program policies and procedures. <br />The following list of policies and procedures will be used as a basis to administer the Program <br />specific to rentals: <br />1.
