CITY OF LOUISVILLE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
July 15, 1992 Meeting Minutes
The Louisville Board of Adjustment met in the City Council Chambers, 749 Main Street,
Louisville Colorado. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Roll Call:
All Board members were present.
Approval of Meeting Minutes:
The June 17, 1992 meeting minutes were approved with one amendment, as follows: Alan
Fyne moved to approve the Pearson application, rather than Ray Sears as stated in the
minutes.
Approval of Agenda:
The agenda was approved as presented to the Board.
Board Disclosure:
All members visited the "Currier" site and had no contact with the applicant.
Regular Business:
1. Robert J. Bolton, 936 Jefferson - Robert J. Bolton submitted a letter to the
Board requesting that his application be withdrawn. The Board officially
approved withdrawal of this application.
2. Randolph Currier, 1590 Garfield - This application was continued from the
last meeting on June 17, 1992. There was no one in the audience tonight to
hear this application, therefore, the Chairman did not find it necessary to
open the public hearing.
Randolph Currier, 1950 Trenton Street, Denver, Colorado, presented his
application to the Board. He stated that his plans have been revised since
the last meeting. Two attached garages are proposed, as opposed to one
attached and one detached. The site contains 8 townhomes and 6 garages.
The request is for a setback variance to allow the construction of 2 additional
garages. With the adjustment made in the application tonight, the setback
variances are close to a minimum. There is a lesser setback requirement for
an attached garage.
