The variance, if authorized, is a minimum variance that will <br />afford relief and is the least modification possible of the <br />provisions of this title. <br />7. The variance, if authorized, does not diminish compliance <br />with section 17.76.090 pertaining to nonconforming lots of re- <br />cord. specifically, the proposed action does not exceed reguirT=- <br />ments imposed by the R-L zone district for lot width, lot cover- <br />age or lot area requirements. <br />
