This Agreement, and Exhibits A, B and <br />C to this Agreement, constitute the entire understanding between <br />the City and the County with respect to the subject matter hereof, <br />may be amended only in writing by all parties, and are binding upon <br />the agents, personal representatives, heirs, lessees, assigns, and <br />all other successors in interest to the parties. <br /> <br /> 18. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held <br />to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future <br />laws, such provision shall be fully severable. <br /> <br />19. Condemnation. In the event of condemnation: <br /> <br /> (A) If another governmental entity or agency excluding County <br />exercises its powers of eminent domain to acquire title to all of <br />the Property which County has the right to purchase pursuant to <br />this Agreement, County shall, in such event, release its rights to <br />purchase as to the Property so condemned and shall make no claim as <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
