The Special Review Use (SRU) approval for the restaurant and food service uses shall be subject to <br />recall and revocation if it is determined by the City of Louisville that adequate parking is not <br />provided in the designated parking areas, or if actual parking is inconsistent with the assumptions <br />presented to and relied upon by City Council. A note reflecting this condition shall be added to the <br />PUD. <br /> <br />SRU approval is authorized to only the seven specific, individual restaurant uses and users <br />listed in the application <br /> <br />5. No window signage of any type shall face McCaslin Boulevard. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve an Amended Final PUD Development Plan and SRUs for The <br />Village Shops at Colony Square, Lots 1 through 4 and adjacent portions of the vacated west one- <br />half of the 80~ Street right-of-way, Colony Square Subdivision, subject to the above conditions. <br /> <br /> ~PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December 1999. <br /> <br />!
