Council went into executive session at 8:37 <br /> p.m. Council reconvened the regular meeting at 9:09 p.m. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED <br /> REPORT DISCUSSION /DIRECTION /ACTION PROPOSED PROPERTY <br /> DISPOSITION <br /> City Attorney Light explained the City Council met in executive session for the purpose <br /> of consideration of real property disposition, with respect to appraisals and other value <br /> estimates and strategy. Council directed Staff on negotiation strategies. He noted any <br /> disposition of property requires an ordinance, such as approving a sales contract. This <br /> matter may come before City Council on November 1, 2010. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> City Attorney Light provided an update on the Harmon Litigation, which is proceeding to <br /> District Court next week. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Marsella congratulated the Louisville Fire Protection District on the <br /> remodel of their Main Street Station. <br /> Mayor Sisk asked Councilors for their preference on a date and time for a legislative <br /> meeting. He proposed a Friday morning meeting in December. There was Council <br /> consensus. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilor Dalton moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilor Clabots. <br /> All were in favor. Absent: Councilor Yarnell.
