Corporate Report of Changes Eat Drink LLC d /b /a Empire <br /> Restaurant and Lounge Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License 816 <br /> Main St. <br /> The Authority had questions concerning the figures adding up on the finances. <br /> Wilson moved the Authority approve the Corporate Report of Changes <br /> conditioned upon the clarification of the finances. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll <br /> Call Vote: Lipton yes, Gunning yes, Carlson yes, Wilson yes and <br /> Rommelfanger yes. <br /> Police Department Reports <br /> Officer Gordanier addressed the Authority's concerns expressed at the last <br /> meeting. She explained the police department is experiencing a shortage and <br /> she is very busy with her duties as a School Resource Officer. She said the <br /> department has experienced a lack of cooperation from Beef "0" Brady's. She <br /> reported her process of follow -up on reports and how she checks them on a daily <br /> basis and communicates with the officers if she thinks there needs to be further <br /> investigation. <br /> She reported an officer was concerned about the modification of premises at <br /> Beef "0" Brady's. It appeared to the officer it was a separate entity operating as <br /> a bar. <br /> Questions were raised by the Authority about the change of manager forms <br /> which have not been filed by Beef "0" Brady's. It was confirmed they had not <br /> filed the paperwork. <br /> Rommelfanger moved the Authority direct the Louisville Police Department <br /> conduct an investigation of Beef "0" Brady's for possible violation of liquor laws. <br /> Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton yes, Rommelfanger yes, Carlson <br /> yes, Gunning yes and Wilson yes. <br /> Carlson moved the Authority be informed of the results of the investigation via <br /> email and the Chair make a decision whether a special meeting is required. <br /> Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton yes, Rommelfanger yes, <br /> Carlson yes, Gunning yes and Wilson yes. <br /> Wilson asked Officer Gordanier if the officers writing the reports could attend the <br /> Authority meetings. Gordanier responded positively to this idea and suggested <br /> she email the Authority Secretary to keep her updated on the follow -up reports in <br /> case the police department can not be represented at the meetings. Officer <br /> Gordanier assured the Authority she and Sergeant Lanphere are working with <br /> officers to hone their report writing skills. Wilson emphasized she was not overly <br /> concerned about police attendance at the meetings, but thoroughness of <br /> information. <br />
