Rommelfanger moved the <br /> consent agenda be approved. Gunning seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br /> Rommelfanger yes, Lipton yes, Gunning yes, and Wilson yes. Consent <br /> agenda approved. <br /> Authority Business <br /> No Authority Business was on the agenda. Secretary Hanson informed <br /> members of the Authority she had received the Change of Manager paperwork <br /> from Beef "0" Brady's they had been concerned about. <br /> Police Department Reports <br /> A. Incident Report Beef "0" Brady's 3/11/10 <br /> The Authority had approved a modification of premises to the establishment in <br /> January and now asked the police department to investigate how those premises <br /> were being used. Discussion centered on issues of closing off access to the <br /> restaurant area of the premises, access to the area from the outside and whether <br /> food service was available after the restaurant side of the establishment was <br /> closed. Questions were also asked concerning the handling of the funds as <br /> mentioned in the report. Attorney Culley quoted some points of law the Authority <br /> could consider in this matter. <br /> Lipton moved the Authority Attorney's office draft a Show Cause Order to be <br /> issued to Beef "0" Brady's to include CRS Section 12- 47- 301(3)a, CCR 47 -318, <br /> CCR 47- 308(2) and CRS Section 12- 47- 411(1)(c) concerning ownership and <br />
