Roll CaII Vote: Rommelfanger yes, Wilson yes, Gunning <br /> yes, and Lipton yes. Show Cause Ordered. <br /> Rommelfanger moved the Authority have the Authority Attorney appoint a <br /> Special Prosecutor and hold the Show Cause hearing at the next meeting, April <br /> 26, 2010. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger yes, Wilson yes, <br /> Gunning yes, and Lipton yes. <br /> B. Incident Report Beef "0" Brady's 3/14/10 <br /> Sergeant Lanphere stated he understood the victim in this incident had been <br /> challenging another patron for some time. Part of the challenge was to punch <br /> him, so the individual finally had enough and did so. <br /> The report stated the person who was hit had been cut off by the bartender <br /> approximately two hours earlier. Rommelfanger noted if the person had been <br /> asked to leave the premises when he was not allowed any more alcohol, none of <br /> this would have happened. <br /> Rommelfanger moved the Authority have the Authority Attorney draft a Show <br /> Cause Order citing Colorado Code of Regulations, Regulation 47 -900 <br /> concerning loitering of an intoxicated person. Gunning seconded. Wilson offered <br /> a friendly amendment to include Louisville Municipal Code Sections 9.22.020 and <br /> 9.22.050 concerning permitting disorderly conduct and reporting of disturbances. <br /> Rommelfanger and Gunning accepted the friendly amendment. Roll Call Vote: <br /> Rommelfanger yes, Wilson yes, Gunning yes, and Lipton yes. <br /> Wilson moved the Authority appoint the same Special Prosecutor as the previous <br /> show cause hearing and the hearing be held at the next regularly scheduled <br /> meeting. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll CaII Vote: Rommelfanger yes, <br /> Wilson yes, Gunning yes, and Lipton yes. <br /> C. incident Report Beef "0" Brady's 3/14/10 <br /> This incident involved a disturbance at the establishment. Discussion by the <br /> Authority determined this incident was handled well by the establishment and the <br /> police department and was not something the Authority needed to pursue. <br /> Secretary's Report <br /> Secretary Hanson informed the Authority there would be seller /server training <br /> offered to the licensees on Sunday, April 18 at the Police /Court Building at 10:00 <br /> AM. She told the Authority the Alley Cat Bar and Grill was now open. She <br /> reported she had received the license back from Flatirons Discount Liquor and <br /> heard from the owner who is opening the liquor store in the Sam's Club in Lone <br /> Tree. <br /> Authority Attorney's Report <br />
