Rommelfanger moved the <br /> consent agenda be approved as previously amended with c, e through h <br /> removed for later consideration. Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br /> Rommelfanger yes, Lipton yes, Gunning yes, Carlson yes and Wilson <br /> yes. Consent agenda approved as amended. <br /> Authority Business <br /> A. Transfer Application WGPCC, LLC d /b /a Coal Creek Golf Course <br /> Hotel and Restaurant License w/ Optional Premises 585 W. Dillon <br /> Road <br /> Secretary Hanson informed the Authority the City of Louisville was transferring all <br /> operations of the golf course to Western Golf, the current management company, <br /> including the liquor license. The Authority inquired if there would be any <br /> significant changes. There are no significant changes expected as the manager <br /> is staying the same. <br /> Rommelfanger moved to approve the transfer of the liquor license from the City <br /> of Louisville to WGPCC, LLC d /b /a Coal Creek Golf Course Hotel and <br /> Restaurant Liquor License. Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger <br /> yes, Lipton yes, Gunning yes, Carlson yes and Wilson yes. Transfer <br /> approved. <br /> B. Transfer Application KCSP, LLC d /b /a Busaba Hotel and <br /> Restaurant Liquor License 133 McCaslin Blvd. <br /> Secretary Hanson commented the licensee had been invited, however, was not <br /> in the audience. She stated this was Siamese Plate on the Go. The Authority <br /> inquired if there were major changes. Hanson stated there were not. Wilson <br /> moved to approve the transfer of the liquor license to KCSP, LLC d /b /a Busaba. <br /> Lipton seconded Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger yes, Lipton yes, Gunning <br /> yes, Carlson yes and Wilson yes. Transfer approved. <br />
