Local Licensing Authority
Minutes
July 26, 2010
This incident concerned the establishment calling the police after they had
refused service to a party who then got in their vehicle and drove off. Authority
members agreed the establishment acted appropriately in this matter. The
Authority decided no further action needed to be taken.
Secretary's Report
Secretary Hanson reported she had administratively issued a Special Events
Permit to I Have a Dream Foundation of Boulder County for a race at CTC. The
application is one the Authority has seen several times before but was not
applied for in a timely manner. Hanson reminded Authority members of the
meeting with City Council at their Study Session on August 10.
Authority Attorney's Report
No report.
Authority Comment
Rommelfanger asked for clarification regarding a phrase in the June meeting
minutes. It referred to health department issues at Ralphie's. Hanson
responded the previous owner had not gotten proper approvals on the modified
space and it was a matter of proper applications being submitted.
Adjourn Gunning moved to adjourn. Carlson seconded. All in favor. The
meeting was adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
riele-f i j
Robert Gunning, Vice Chairper on
Carol Hanson, Deputy City Clerk
