o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That the copper roof shall be allowed and, if possible, encouraged to weather and oxidize <br />in a patina flnish; <br /> <br />That details of all exterior light fixtures are shown on the photometric site plan, and that <br />the light fixtures at the main drop off are redesigned so that area meets the 1.0 minimum <br />footcandle requirement, subject to City Administrator review and approval <br /> <br />That the grading proposed in the easement on the western property line receive all <br />necessary approvals from the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District; <br /> <br />That prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant records with the Boulder County <br />Clerk and Recorder a standard covenant agreement to treat these two lots as one for <br />grading, drainage, zoning and building code purposes; <br /> <br />That prior to recording of PUD plan for the project, the applicant negotiates and secures <br />cross parking agreements with neighboring property owner(s).
