Approval of Contract with Zoom Phone for Implementation and <br />Purchase of Services <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Maloney noted that a discussion on minimum wage is on the City Council's work <br />plan for 2024 and if approved would go into effect in 2025. <br />Councilmember Hoefner presented Mayor Maloney with a gift from the Council for his <br />years of service. He thanked Mayor Maloney for his leadership and mentorship. <br />Councilmember Dickinson thanked Maloney for his years of service and his ability to <br />lead the Council. <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />741 LINCOLN AVENUE LANDMARKING & PRESERVATION GRANT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68, SERIES 2023— A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LANDMARK <br />DESIGNATION FOR A HISTORICAL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 741 <br />LINCOLN AVENUE, THE OSTRANDER HOUSE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69, SERIES 2023 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION GRANT FOR THE OSTRANDER HOUSE AT <br />741 LINCOLN AVENUE <br />Mayor Maloney introduced the item and asked for disclosures; seeing none he opened <br />the public hearing. <br />Director Zuccaro stated this is a request for landmarking and a preservation grant. He <br />reviewed the site which is one of the few brick homes in town, it also has a unique <br />social history. He stated the site meets the social and architectural significance criteria <br />for landmarking. He reviewed the matching grant request. The work meets the criteria <br />and it is below the grant maximum. <br />
