City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 5, 2023 <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />Director Bailey stated the budget presented tonight is in compliance with all of the City's <br />fiscal policies and prioritizes sustainability and resiliency. The mill levy will be certified <br />later this year once exact valuations are sent from the County Assessor. <br />Councilmember Kern asked for confirmation that the budget can be amended if need <br />be. City Manager Jeff Durbin stated it can be amended and usually is during the year. <br />Public Comments — None. <br />Mayor Maloney stated this budget meets all the City's fiscal policies and represents the <br />values and goals of the City.
