Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Brooke Cox, Daisy Fuchs, Christina Hamerly, <br />Brooke Hubbard, Lucas Laird, Antonia Lin, Eliza Miller, Bonnie Schrag, <br />Hannah Tienken, Megan Valentine, Kendall Webster, Sam Webster, Joi <br />Wu <br />Board Members Absent: Brody Coronelli <br />Staff Members Present: Kriska Daltonhurst, Mandy Perera, Frost Yarnell <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> - Yes <br />IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />– Yes <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />- None <br />VI. Visit from the Louisville Planning Department- Gavin McMillan <br />Discussed a proposed future plan to change downtown hang outs and make <br />them more inviting. <br />1st project: Chase Bank…..Remake with a newspaper rack, new benches and <br />better shade. <br />2nd Project: Parks Plaza…..will include parks, space, and better benches. <br />3rd Project: JuJu Beads/Market Place Bakery…..Path, Open Space, and lights. <br />4th Project: City Hall…..Gazebo, space, better shade, kids structures, and <br />the statue would be moved. <br />5th Project: Steinbaugh Pavilion (beside Ice skating rink)…..park, trees, <br />fountain <br />6th project: Maine Street: Trees, permanent patios, more plants. <br />More projects will be shown at the meeting on December 16, 2010 at 6:00pm in <br />the city hall. <br />City of Louisville <br />749 Main St. <br /> Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4902 (phone) 303.335.4959 (fax) www.ci.louisville.co.us <br /> <br />
