<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 13, 2010 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> – Chairperson Mike Koertje called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />: <br />Commission Members Present: <br /> <br />Mike Koertje, Peter Stewart, Heather Lewis, Melanie Julian Muckle, and <br />Steve Poppitz <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Laurel Tofte and Steven Williams <br />City Representatives: <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Poppitz moved to approve the agenda, Muckle seconded the motion. It was <br />unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes November 15, 2010 <br />Koertje requested some modifications to the minutes. With no other changes, Stewart <br />moved to approve the minutes, Lewis seconded the motion. It was unanimously <br />approved. <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda – None heard <br />Update/Discussion/Action – Jefferson Place Subdivision Survey <br />Kathy Longo, consultant for the city, gave a presentation regarding the project.
