Housing Division <br />Director; Don Roybal, Maintenance Manager; Sally Vigil, Property Manager Supervisor. <br />Others: Sheri Marsella, Councilmember, Liz Black, Observer from League of Women Voters. <br />Call to Order <br />Called to order at 8:10 a.m. <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Scott McKenzie motioned to approve the agenda Rob. Kelly seconded the motion. All members <br />were in favor. The motion to approve the agenda passed unanimously. <br />Approval of October 26, 2010 Minutes <br />Scott McKenzie motioned to approve the October 26, 2010 minutes. Rob Kelly seconded the <br />motion, All members were in favor. The motion to approve the minutes passed unanimously. <br />Matters "from Members of the Public <br />Liz Black, an observer with the League of Women Voters had a questions regarding previous <br />minutes that will be answered after meeting today. <br />Director's Report <br />The position of Housing Finance Manager formally Lisa Bang's position —is open and <br />recruitment is underway. Frank introduced Jay Morein the Housing Human Services Finance <br />Director. There has been a lot of planning regarding budgetary process for 2011. lA funding <br />was approved and will be presented to the commissioners this afternoon.
