Planning Commission
Meeting Minutes
October 14, 2010

Lipton requested staff bring back cost premiums for each location.
Loo also stated she would like to hear from a sound specialist.
Russ stated staff understands the need to bring back cost premiums and a sound
specialist but does not support bringing that information for a site not being
considered.
Lipton stated his interest in a small subset of other locations within the area. He
also requested a graphic illustrating the utilities and other site constraints.
Loo requested more in depth information on Harper Lake constraints.
Lipton moved and Loo seconded a motion to continue the discussion to the
November 18, 2010 meeting. The Commissioners requested additional
information on the following:
1) Minimum and maximum tower height at each location.
2) Representative of the manufacturer or someone to address the technical
questions.
3) Representative, perhaps from the County, who can address the sound
questions.
4) Cost premiums for the sites.
5) Graphic of utilities and other site constraints.
