Open Space Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday January 12, 2011 <br /> Louisville City Hall, Spruce Room <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />Call to Order <br /> – Chairperson Tom Davinroy called the meeting to order at <br />7:00pm. <br />Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Tom Davinroy, Spencer Guthrie, David <br />Waldman, Justin McClure , Helen Moshak, Larry Crowley, Mike Schantz, <br />and Alison Gorsevski <br />Board Members Absent: Linda Smith <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull and Joe Stevens <br />Approval of Agenda <br /> –Justin moved to approve the agenda as printed. David <br />Seconded. The motion was unanimous. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />– Justin moved to accept the December 8th, <br />2010 minutes. Helen seconded. The motion was unanimous. <br />Public Commentsnot on the agenda. <br /> – There were no public comments <br />made. <br />Staff Updates <br />– Ember Brignull <br />1. Coyote activity has been observed in neighborhoods adjacent to the Coal <br />Creek Golf Course. Bold approach to humans and vehicles may indicate <br />that some party is feeding the coyotes. Staff has representatives that <br />have been hazing coyotes in an effort to preserve public safety. <br />2. Damyanovich – Fencing has been improved to prevent cattle from <br />escaping.
