He <br />recommended a continuance to the next meeting and to have the City Attorney <br />present for advice the Commission on how restrictive they can be. <br />Russell and Lipton discussed concerns regarding the removal of a specific site <br />as a possible site for a dispensary. <br />Russell stated staff should create criteria to limit use on the eastern property. <br />Commission is <br />ns similar to areas <br />ith being too specific. <br />She would support voting on it this evening and forwarding to City council. <br />to City Council with the <br />O'Connell stated she would like to push it forw <br />concerns addressed by the Commission. <br />Russell stated he felt it is worth a contin - to allow for further r rch and <br />answers from the City Attorney.
