Seeing none, <br />Lipton moved the items on the consent agenda be approved; <br />Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />7. Authority Business <br />A. Discussion / Direction: Compliance with Payments to City of <br />Louisville <br />1. Western Golf — sales tax, rent and misc fees due <br />The Secretary informed the Authority that the licensee was <br />delinquent on their fees. They have not filed or paid for <br />March or April sales tax. <br />Machado asked if the license was up for renewal. The <br />Secretary let the Authority know that the renewal was <br />approved with the condition that they remained current. <br />They are now out of compliance. Melinda Culley stated <br />that the Authority could issue a show cause order, in past <br />have started with a letter and given a specific deadline. <br />There was a brief discussion of the requirement of good <br />moral character and part of the determination of that is the <br />status of state and local sales tax. <br />
