Courtyard By Marriott Louisville — sales tax <br />Secretary let the authority know both licenses are up for <br />renewal but delinquent in their sales taxes. <br />Machado made a motion to send a letter and continue the <br />matter to the next meeting; Lipton seconded. All in favor. <br />B. Public Hearing/New Application: Vibe Coffee & Wine — Tavern <br />Liquor License — 1450 Infinite Drive <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Kaufman. The Secretary stated the <br />application was complete, the premises was posted, notice published as <br />required and no comments were received. Background reports were <br />obtained as required by State Law. There were no reasons to deny the <br />application. <br />There were no authority member disclosures and the members agreed <br />that the boundaries of the neighborhood are the current city boundaries. <br />Kaufman moved the entire application be made part of the record of the <br />hearing; Lipton seconded. All in favor. <br />The applicant's, Craig Caldwell, was sworn in by the Secretary and gave <br />testimony on the application for a Tavern Liquor License. There was <br />discussion of anticipated customers and the hours of operations. <br />Authority Attorney Culley had some questions of the applicants regarding <br />the application. The applicant indicated that he no longer had a financial <br />interest in Western Golf. The applicant will also correct to application to <br />include previous violations. <br />Crowe asked about capacity and the footprint of the area within the <br />building. <br />The Secretary noted that there were two emails of support that have been <br />provided to the Authority member. There were no comments in opposition <br />to the application. <br />There was no additional member discussion. Machado noted that the <br />applicant was of good moral character, there is a desire for the license to <br />be granted and that all City and State law requirements have been met. <br />Based on those findings, Machado moved that the application for a Tavern <br />
