Seeing none, <br />Machado moved the items on the consent agenda be approved; <br />Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />7. Authority Business <br />A. Public Hearing / New Application: King Dumpling, Inc. d/b/a King <br />Dumpling — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 316 S McCaslin <br />Blvd. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Kaufman. The Secretary stated <br />the application was complete, the premises was posted, notice <br />published as required and no comments were received. Since the <br />applicant has a master file with the State Licensing Authority <br />background reports were not conducted. There were no reasons to <br />deny the application. <br />There were no authority member disclosures and the members <br />agreed that the boundaries of the neighborhood are the current city <br />boundaries. <br />
