City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 18, 2024 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Leh asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none he asked for a <br />motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tem Dickinson moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Councilmember Kern. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: October 17, 2023; November 28, 2023; <br />C. December 5, 2023; May 28, 2024; June 11, 2024 <br />D. Approval of Holiday Lighting and Maintenance Agreement <br />E. Approval of Contract with Granicus for GovAccess Website CMS and <br />GovDelivery Email & SMS Communications Platform <br />F. Award Five -Year Trash, Recycling, and Compost Hauler Contract <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Leh noted Councilmembers Fahey and Kern and he are attending the Colorado <br />Municipal League conference this week in Loveland. He urged everyone to sign up for <br />Boulder County text alerts to stay informed. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Durbin reported staff is working on the Steinbaugh Pavilion's structural <br />issues and hopes to have them fixed soon. He invited everyone to the July 4th festivities <br />as well and to the two new playground ribbon cutting ceremonies on Friday. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />PROCLAMATION OBSERVING JUNETEENTH NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE DAY <br />Mayor Leh introduced the item and read the proclamation. <br />MOTION: Mayor Leh moved to approve the proclamation; seconded by Councilmember <br />Kern. <br />VOTE: Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1875, SERIES 2024 — AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING A RATE <br />INCREASE IN THE EMERGENCY TELEPHONE CHARGE — 1ST READING — SET <br />PUBLIC HEARING 7/9/24 <br />Mayor Leh introduced the ordinance by title. <br />
