RESOLUTION NO. 5 <br />SERIES 2024 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF AN ALTERATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE <br />WAREMBOURG HOUSE LOCATED AT 917 REX STREET FOR EXTERIOR <br />ALTERATIONS. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting an alteration certificate for a historic residential <br />structure located on 917 Rex Street, on property legally described as Lots 18-20, Block 5, <br />Murphy Place, Town of Louisville, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it to <br />be in compliance with Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including Section <br />15.36.120, establishing criteria for alteration certificates; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed <br />alteration certificate where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including <br />findings in the Louisville Historic Preservation Commission Staff Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Does hereby recommend approval of the application for an alteration certificate for the <br />Warembourg House as described in the Staff Report and included in the attached Exhibit A: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15TH day of July, 2024. <br />Lynda Haley, Chairperson <br />1 <br />
