Very well, we will proceed to vote. We will <br />vote to vary, or to refuse, provisions of the zoning ordinance so as <br />to permit reduction of the rear yard setback from the required 25 feet <br />to 21 feet zero inches on a residence in the City of Louisville known <br />as 655 W. Hawthorne Street.
