Minutes - Page 4
September 20, 1979

Davies:

Please, if I may interrupt, Mr. Chairman. I believe Mr.
DiCarlo had the floor and was making his explanation, and _

Reed:

Okay, 11m sorry.

Davies:

he was interrupted.

DiCarlo:

Davies:

I granted ~1r. Reed the interruption though, Mr. Davies.
That means you are through with your explanation.

DiCarlo:

No, I did not say that.

Davies:

Well then, continue with the rest,

DiCarlo:

All right, 1111 do that.

Davies:

with your reasoning and then, may we bring in to this -

DiCarlo:

I agree with Mr. Reed and also with you, Mr. Davies, that
the considerations ought to be given the same amount of
justification, and you're absolutely right. What I'm
saying is, there was a little more involved at Mesa Point,
then there was here. Because the contractor was even
approached by the developer that he was out of compliance
prior to him pouring footing. And I'll just close at that.

Ross:

Don?

Davies:

No, he has his question, Bob.

DiCarlo:

He says he has his questions to? Steve?

Ferris:

The only thing I've got to go by on the subdivision that
hels talking about is the covenance, and all live got to go
by on the subdivision up on Mesa Point is the ordinance"
The covenance required in the Bella Vista area requires
an 800 square foot house, one story, basement, not less than
an 800 square foot house. The ordinance on the area up on
Mesa Point requires a 7,000 square foot lot, which maximum
of 30% of that can be covered with structure.

?

Well, what is the square footage of that area? And of
Bella Vista?

Ferris:

For the lot itself?

?

Yes. You didn't answer that.

Ferris:

Seven thousand square feet.
