<br /> <br />APPROVED - 11/09/2006 <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 14, 2006 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order - Lipton called the meeting to order at 6:35 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Commission Members Present: Jeff Lipton, Chair <br />Chris Pritchard, Vice-chair <br />Susan Loo, Secretary <br />Gail Hartman <br />Hank Dalton <br />Michael Deborski <br />Monica Sheets <br />Tom McA vinew <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Jolene Schwertfeger, Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - <br /> <br />Lipton requested to move the approval of the August 10, 2006 minutes after the public hearings. <br />Dalton moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve the agenda as amended. Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda- <br /> <br />Doug Grinbergs, 537 W. Sycamore Circle, discussed the importance of the concept "Build <br />Green". He encouraged the Commissioners to pursue Louisville Municipal Code changes that <br />would require to "Build Green". <br /> <br />Regular Business - Items recommended for continuance <br /> <br />~ Resolution No. 19, Series 2006, Louisville RV & Boat Storage, A final planned <br />unit development (PUD) plan to develop a 120,000 SF property for outdoor RV & <br />Boat Storage facility for approximately 150 individual stalls each measuring <br />approximately 12 f1. wide by 30-45 f1. long. 1313 Cannon S1., Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block <br />B, Industrial Area Subdivision. Case #06-008-FP (Continued from May 11,2006 and <br />August 10, 2006.) <br />. Applicant: Louisville RV & Boat Storage (Michael Deborski) <br />.
