A request to amend a final PUD by adding eleven units to the approved 76 unit
development that was approved by City Council on June 6,2006.
. Three units would be added to Building One and 8 units would be added to Building
Two.
. The request amends the structures only and does not require an amendment to the
subdivision plat.
. Building One will require only a slight change to the roofline. Two of the units will be on
the second floor replacing some interior hallways; and one unit will be added to the
northeastern comer of the third floor, which results in the roofline modification but no
height increase.
. The applicant is also requesting to place 5 more surface parking spaces on site. This will
increase the overall parking from 78 parking spaces to 83 parking spaces.
. To accommodate 2 additional parking spaces near Building Two approximately 675 SF
of landscaping will be removed, which results in a net loss of 1 % from the overall
landscaping area.
. Landscaping coverage is proposed at 47% which exceeds the minimum requirement of
30%.
. Staff is recommending approval of the amendment to the final PUD development plan
without conditions.

Commission Questions of Staff:
None heard.

Applicant Presentation and Commission Questions of Applicant:
